SHIPPING

Orders are dispatched on working days only and will not be shipped over the weekend.
Shipping time frames are estimates and not guaranteed.


RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned. This is in line with health and safety regulations.

How to Request a Return:
To initiate a return, please complete the Contact Form on our website and include the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • The item(s) you would like to return
  • Reason for return

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will respond with further instructions. Please wait for confirmation before sending any items back.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

REFUND PROCESS

  • Refunds may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Banks and credit card companies may require additional processing time.
  • We are not responsible for lost parcels.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer an exchange service.


WARRANTY

We offer a 3-month warranty for items damaged due to manufacturing defects, such as broken clasps or faulty settings.

This does not cover:

  • Wear and tear
  • Accidental damage
  • Improper care
